We carry out our procurement process in the following steps:

• Sourcing Using the Suplier Database : We maintain a highly comprehensive database of Vendors of all kinds of products and raw materials so that we are ready to meet the needs of the customers without any time delay. This database is networked with all our centres and are accessible globally round the clock in all our offices so that the database is constantly revised and updated by dedicated staff.
• Consultation: As soon as we recive a procurement requirement from our customers, we process it and necessary advise and guidance is given to the customers about the time, cost , quality features, quantity, regulations and controls etc about the intended procurement.
• Supplier RFQ Customer/Supplier Quote Review: Once the procurement list is confirmed, we shortlist our vendors and place the purchase order depending on the specification preferences of the customer (whether the priority is given to the quality / cost / features etc). If the required category is not easily traceable, then we float the necessary tenders and the documentation is done by us on behalf of the customer. The evaluation and finalization of the item is dcarried out at our side with the consent of the client and the necessary purchase order is placed. Every step is done electronically and the delay is minimal.
• Product rocurement, Storage and Warehousing: We have all arrangements for the storage and warehousing of the procured goods from vendors. We have tie-ups with special storage and vwarehousing arrangements for making the logistics easier for reducing the time delay so that, the client is benefitted maximum.
• Packing and Repacking: If necessary, the packing and repacking arrangements are also carried out under our supervision
• Local Inspection and Customer Delivery: We have our experts to take care of the quality assurance of the procured goods and we have all the necessary export documentation and booking of air or sea shipping space is carried out at most cost effective rates and mode of transportation in a timely fashion.
• Hotlines with Our Shippers: We take pride in delivering critically urgently needed items on timely basis. For this purpose, we maintain hotlines with our shippers who deliver our packages to air cargo terminals even in the middle of night if necessary to meet client's emergencies within North America and overseas.
• Supplier Payment: The payments are electronically credited to the supplier as per the international trade terms and conditions.
